The fight begins with Naruto catching Shantae in a trap, she gets caught while in her monkey form, as he goes to release his catch to prepare for a meal, she transforms back to her normal self and in the confusion jumps away, angry at nearly being a meal at being treated so rudely. Shantae indireclty ruined the rest of Naruto's meal, a bowl of ramen among some other stuff.

BATTLE CONDTIONS/RULES:

Naruto is Base Kid Naruto

Both are in-character.

Shantae has no knowledge other than that this kid can quite easily trap her when she was in her monkey form.

Naruto is aware Shantae can transform into at least a monkey.

Speed is equalized

Win via any conditio

Battle takes place in a dense forest by the sea about 100 meters away from it, both of them know the area.

The fight begins 10 meters away.
 
Hmm, the only problem I'm seeing for Naruto here is poison and invisibility.

Naruto can avoid most of these things by spamming a shit ton of clones everywhere and using distractions like smoke bombs or just using his clones to confuse her, she wouldn't know which Naruto is the real one . also from reading her profile.. I could be wrong but she hasn't experienced many battles? due to her naivety and inexperience noted by her weakness? if this is truly the case then Naruto is likely a better H2H fighter. anyway i see Naruto beating her via overpowering her with sheer amount of clones and then uppercutting her from below, he can also potentially one shot her with Rasengan and summon toads which in this case will definitely one-shot Her. overall I think Naruto has the versatility, power, and speed via body flicker to win this with mild difficulty.

speed is equalized so body flicker wont do anything. Im also unsure if even body flicker makes thm faster regardless.


For clones Shantae could use Obliterate to do large AoE damage which would wreck all of the clones.
 
it's been changed, you can use speed amps in matches, body flicker does increase your speed.

anyway yeah..that might be some trouble but I believe she doesn't have an answer to surprise attacks such as shurikens turning into clones and attacking her from behind with explosive Kunai's or surprise attacks from below, also she has no answer for Rasengan or toad summons
 
she has invulnerabiliy spell and mirror spell which eflects projectiles, that something.


is summoning Gamabunta even fair given his AP level obviously far above Base Naruto? I mean Naruto summoning say Kyubi would be fair cause they're the same tier, but it seems unfair to summon something a good deal higher than the user in these kinds of battles


and Im not sure but Rasengan miiight be considered a projectile so her bubble and mirror spell might work on it.
 
my knowledge Shantae is very limited so I might not get everything about her, sorry about that

  • The Rasengan severely damaged an 8-A character so. I'm not sure..is her mirror like hax? or is there a limit to how much damage it can take
 
Hmm yeah, invisibility maybe? it pretty masks her from sight and perception. much more than just even Naruto's (the series) hiding type techniques. but well Gama's size might just say "F U" to that.
 
or well Im trying to find info on her supposed teleportation cause sheDOES have it on her profile.


Depending on it I could possibly see her telporting on top of Gama to avoid attacks and get to Naruto on top, or hey she could possibly transform into her Harpy form to fly around and evade...but honestly teleport is the better option.


Teleporting comes from learning a dance from warp squids in her games, so she might be able to just teleport on top of Gamabunta by looking at him an thinking to go to his head. I forget how good skillwise is Gamabunta.


Naruto can still get off a Rasengan, if he can surprise her with she's gonna take an assload of damage considering it could harm Kabuto.
 
strangely enough, Naruto has invisibility as well but never uses it :/ (really stupid)

Naruto has healing as well, so over the course of the battle he will be healing as well... I believe that Poison is going to be pretty dangerous for Naruto, how potent is her Poison?

 
I don't know its just poison. theres no detail in game or in text that describes its potency.
 
Considering she spits it, it has to be at least potent enough to damage just on skin contact alone.
 
well i still think surprise attacks along with Mr Frog will likely give him the win. but with High High Diff
 
from what I've read about it, it seems as if it might cause some minor distractions though :^)

rasengan is not a projectile, as it needs top stay close to the user, the rasenshuriken is

gamabunta is 7b or highend 7c, so its a pretty big difference in power (took an attack from tsunade) and he should be restricted

is naruto allowed to use kyunis chakra that he can use whitoput sasuke being involved? it doesent change his tier, and he can use it on his own, even whitout it, he should have an advantage fra
 
Wait does it affect anything in this that Shantae has an invincibilty spell making anything other than the Rasengan harm her for as long as she has magic, and has multiple methods to heal herself?

its the highest upgrade of her inital bubble spell, it just flat out makes her invulnerable to damage which I would assume means she tanks anything that doesnt haves some special trait to it, or is above her own AP by a certain extent, like Naruto's Rasengan.
 
Special trait? Naruto can enhance all his attacks and movement with chakra, and im pretty sure thats only temporary.

Well I meant more like something that ignores conventional stuff like a mind attack or attacking the soul or something.


it lasts as long as she has magic, and she does have a lot, furtheed by her magc tiara which ignoring the obvious game mechanic where it gives her an infinite supply, I'll just take that to mean it doubles her amount, and she has her magic braclet which cuts her consumption in half.


Also one thing I want to mention, Id like to try and discuss this further but I beleive Shantae's method of invisibility is superior to that most Ninjas use in Naruto, at least with what anything Base Kid Naruto ever dealt with. Obviously this is up for debate so Im not gonna just up and say 100% its absolutely better.
 
But none of narutos abilities are any of thise in this form.

Yeah that isnt anywhere close to narutos stamina.

She has an AoE spell Obliterate, big ass explosion, which would be bad for him considering any damage his clone takes also apply to him.

sounds like it transfer pain.
