Nacht Lyle
Darkestofschneiders by memythkirby2-d8zphzz

  • Lyle : 7 (Nisan,Boo,si cecunguk Dot Kuntoro,Butler,Rebu,Raven,darling~)
  • DS : 0
  • Inconclusive : 1 (Sheoth)

hmmm let's see i would over all go for lyle. DS has good hax like soul hax which lyle can't take only via using the flames he can block. Even then it can be tricky but the flames are higher dimensional flames so its likely they can get through dispel bound (I think this version has it or was it only 5-B onwards?) so yeah Lyle mid due to his flames able to break through DS and i think higher dimensional flames are enough to take his low godly no?

maybe though this AFAIK and i don't think i missed anything on lyle

actually i need to make sure of something lyle's flames as I said affect beings while 3D need higher dimensional manipulation to destroy (As quintensse is a higher dimension energy and to kill an angel one must destroy it which lyle can do casually with FOW) however can it fully kill DS who's regen is based on soul, mind and body? I assume ti can due to the nature but...to make sure...

welp vel count my vote to lyle cause it likely passes dispel bound and maybe with the nature of the flames can bypass the regen i assume it can due to being bale to affect higher dimensional energy i guess....

I'd say Darsh due to a more versatile moveset, and more ways to kill. Lyle can most likely kill him with the Scythe and Black flames, however Darsh at this stage in the manga still has more hax like Absolute Zero, Atomic Disintigration,BFR, Flesh corrosion, Soul f*ckery, and more diverse regular attacks through Fire spells, electricity spells, Earth spears, Energy Blasts, Acid spells,. He can also catch Lyle off guard by making life like illusions and summoning familiars, and can fend off some fatal attacks through clever use of spell bounds and other force fields, giving himself a chance to find an opening to use one of his many attacks. I give it to Darsh with moderate difficulty for these reasons.

that is a way to kill but lyle can cover himself in a wall of those flames and those would turn moot the only thing i can see lyle losing is BFR while the rest can affect him that's if darsh can hit lyle and he can AoE tbf just saying (The flames are higher dimension wipers so the spells would likely lose like the force fields)

That's why I brought up Darsh's versatility. He has multiple ways to catch Lyle off guard and to let his summons fight for him at least temporarily while he readies his spells. It appears that Lyle only has the scythe and the flames which, while formidable, are few in number compared to what Darsh can do. Darsh is also quite agile when it comes to avoiding opponents when it suits him, such as during the Anthrax fight, which coincided with another spell he set up in that time.

Also, can Lyle resist existence erasure? Because Darsh has Judas Priest by this point in the story.

idk but ik the flames are higher dimensional by nature as they are able to destroy higher dimensional energy that is needed to kill the angels with ease

Interesting, but I don't see how he can stop it once it is casted and takes effect on him. By then it would be too late. Not to mention Darsh still has much more versatility compared to his opponent, which would allow a much greater likelihood for his attacks to have chances at landing (and again, he has more ways to kill than his opponent)

the flames at its best range is multi continental iirc because a swarm of locutuses were made to send all the continents to the abyss and its a myriad of loctuses and lyle killed them all in one shot so his AoE can burst everything around tbf

-Lyle : 5 (Nisan,Boo,Dot becas gigitan,Butler,Homicida)

-DS : 1 (Sheoth)

BTW Sheouth, should Diane profile get updated?

What for?

@TISSG7Redgrave:

Is there any visual example of this? Because there is a difference between regular multi-continental range and AoE encompassing multiple continents. Even if it was the latter, Darsh could still simply teleport away from/past the attack to. Also does Lyle start off going all out with the flames in character, or was it for the occasion with the locusts?

Give it the abilites section.
If someone wants to do it, they can go ahead. I'm not essential for something so minor lol

well no visual is just judas unleashed a swarm of loctuses that was stated by narration to do what i said it would but lyle took it down in one shot. He went AoE depending on situation however you mentioned familiars which he will nuke the area just to get rid of them likely plus lyle with nacht is kind of serious that he wants to finish his opponents as soon as possible afaik

I see, well it would be closer than I initially thought with that in mind. I change my vote to inconclusive, as both have means of killing the other depending on the specific factors of the fight.

still unsure how to quantify the locust thing actually. aside from that / if that is valid enough my vote goes to lyle for reds reasoning
