Doesn't Hinata has luck so good that he outlucked the luckiest man in the world? What can ichigo do about that?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Ultimate Analyst, Clairvoyance and Luck will allow Hinata to predict and dodge every Ichigo's attack as the only thing he can do is to swing his sword around and hope for the best (No Shunpo or Getsuga), and I believe he also more skilled than Ichigo in CQC.

Ok, for serious through, Mr. strawberry has nothing that can put someone like Hinata down. For Hinata, Ichigo is "A guy with big sword who even don't know well about how to wield it effectively" which he can easily handle him with Ultimate Swordman or Ultimate Martial Artist. Not to mention other talents likes Ultimate Analysis and Luck, which make him superior to Ichigo in any way.
 
Being resilient means nothing if you can't hit your opponent while your opponent can hit you :/

Homu why did you put a fodder like Ichigo against someone who is waaay more smarter, skilled and has Precog and Probability Manipulation?

I'd say this is decisive at the point of being borderline stomp.

Although if it is fair, then I vote Hinata for reasons above.
