Creating stars and planets one by one like he did would be High 4-C at absolute best, and 4-C with no assumptions. He didn't create the space in between, the space was already there.
So because he saw the planet then the other did it means he made it exist?
And even if that is somehow true (unless such a thing is stated I don't buy it) how does that equate to creating a galaxy? You know about absurdly big a galaxy is, right?
I cannot accept anything except "Unknown," reliably, and that's providing that this profile isn't deleted for being in generally poor taste and having wacky p&a justifications.
That's not Physics Manipulation, that's him causing a tree to become a plane and the plane being able to fly. Not true flight, either. The plane is the thing flying.
Looking and talking at the camera isn't automatically 4th Wall Awareness.
Turning himself into a stuffed animal is Shapeshifting or Transformation.
Using a telescope isn't Superhuman Vision.
The wind moved the cloth, not him.
That's only Summoning. He didn't create or manipulate the malletspace within the Barney Bag.
In any case, although it isn't against our rules as such, I am not sure if a profile with unreliable statistics featuring an animal costume from a show for 2-5 year olds is appropriate. What is next, the Tele Tubbies?
I agree with Ant. I do not think it is appropriate, as well as being unreliable at best and detrimental at worst. Perhaps a editing rule should be made to handle profiles which are in poor taste?
Thinking about the star feat again now reminds me of a time when I was young and watching stars appear in the night sky. I don't really think that Barney made them, that was an assumption without any statements to back it up. I think at best we can put Barney at whatever level it takes to make a rocket, because he did do that with his imagination.
This is assuming the profile isn't going to be deleted from Ant's and Aeyu's reasoning.
