Well, simply put...these two stat are actually pretty similar (even more so with speed equalize), so it would come down to there weapon. And if you have me pick between EA and Excalibur, I would pick EA anyday of the week, even though they have the same amount of power, simply because Ea can break world. That's kind of thing can pierce defense fast just by destroying the space you're on.

Are you know about Nanoha,because an easy win (Rhon) while the other side (Nanoha) didn't have an argument feel lacking for me.
 
It's been such a long time since I've watched Nanoha. The only notable things I remember her doing is her binds/restraints and patching holes in space.
 
Kind of hard to have an argument between the two since, I haven't watched Nanoha since season 1, and you need knowledge of Nanoha and FGO to argue.

Here is some input, big tit arturia can't fly, in terms of fire power, big tit arturia can erase a small village in 1 shot, so roughly 5-10km diameter? I mean, Nasu really fuzz up a lot of his characters abilities.

As for hax, nothing to noteworthy for the fight, just pure firepower matters here. So it boils down to 2 shooting lasers at each other, and who ever overwhelms the other wins.
