Very quick calculation-
Plugging 0.005 meters (5 mm, half the diameter of a 10 mm bullet) into the Black Hole calculator as the Schwarzschild radius gave me ~0.5635 Earth masses... Small Planet level+.
Granted, you'd have to prove they're similar enough to real Black Holes to use that yield (which tends to be pretty hard with "black holes" that small), just figured I'd throw that out there.
