The White Princess of the True Ancestors VS The Princess of Mushroom Kingdom.

Arcueid at 4-B, Peach at 4-A, speed equalized. Peach's time stop is banned if necessary.

Who will win?

Also I know it's 4-B VS 4-A again, but I have a feeling that this one is more fair than this one.

I think Arcueid has the better chance here.

She can convert Peach into energy or Transmute her, Low Godly Regenerationn makes the AP moot as well.
 
Arcueid should take this.

Peach has no defense against being turned into something against her will or being sliced apart by the oxygen she breathes and so on.

In addition, Peach's Power Nullification is based on muting the opponent so they can't cast verbal spells. Arcueid doesn't rely on such things and would thus be unaffected.
 
Mute doesn't keep them from speaking, as it stops all special attacks, and none are word-based. It's just a name. And the oxygen thing won't work due to being well...4-A.

That said, Arcu...Arceu...

Arceus but a girl should win via transmutation, as she has no defense agains-

No. The ability is literally called Silence in Japanese and works in the exact same manner as the Silence condition from Final Fantasy, muting the target so they can't cast verbal spells.

That resistance is not on her profile. Also, what feat of resisting transmutation against does the Safety Ring have?

Even if Transmutation is off the board, Arcueid can still rip apart Peach's lungs by turning the oxygen she breathes into vacuum blades or mess with gravity to launch Peach into space.
 
Given that SquareEnix made SMRPG, I can believe that. Though I do find that strange, as it works the same as the other nulling condition moves, and no one uses spoken magic. I'm not being sarcastic or anything. I do believe you. The questions are still just in my head about that.

Yeah, I forgot to give it to the other characters not named Bowser or Mario (so Peach, Geno, and Mallow). It prevents the character from being turned into a Scarecrow or a Mushroom.

Didn't we decide that a character's insides are as durable as their outsides in an old Luke vs Goku thread?
 
It should be noted that the Tier Gap is going to be closed by Arcueid's Ultimate One skill, which makes her stronger, tougher, and faster than her opponent at all times.

She's also spent her entire life hunting other supernatural creatures, so she's probably a better fighter than Peach.
