Err I give this to Gengar. Vegeta in character does not start off going all out on an opponent. And with Gengar's multiple hax I dont see Vegeta winning.

Honestly, I don't think Gengar's regen will save him from an energy attack from a 3-A/Low 2-C.

Vegeta starts off serious y'know.
I thought he was too arrogant for that. That is how he died to Freeza.
People really overplay Vegeta's arrogance. Using Frieza is not a good example seeing as he himself had a history with Frieza. Vegeta is more about getting the job done regardless.

Alright.

Vegeta could always use the Mafuba.
In all seriousness, if Vegeta uses TK, he wins.
You mean the one ability he like almost never uses? You are banking on too much here Cal. You seriously need to stop doing that. This is the equivalent of me pitting Grimmon against Zeno, knowing that Grimmon insta mind haxes him into oblivion.

Grimmon is also High 8-C, High 6-C and High 4-C. With the same level of mind hax.
So an 8-C mindhaxxes a 2-C into oblivion? Why am I not surprised, considering the 2-C is a DB character.

Regen literally doesn't matter here. Ki blasts have been shown on many occasions to atomize, which mid-high doesn't protect you from. Intangibility I'd argue doesn't work either since Goku blocked Hit's attacks with Ki blasts, and a suppressed Jiren from many episodes blocked Hit's intangible attacks with his bare hands. But it's not on his profile. Resistance to mind manip from someone who's >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Gengar as well.

Vegeta stomps in base.

We are talking abou a guy who on screen mind haxed a 2-A. As a High 8-C.

Even if Vegeta can bypass regen, there's Destiny Bond. And it's pretty in character for the entire evolution line to do that. Just look at Black Fog, it blew itself up rather than be captured.

All Vegeta needs to do is point and Gengar explodes into subatomic particles. Mid-High regen does NOT protect you from that.

From the profile description, he can't do it if he's dead.
