Takes place in Discord's Realm. Bill wants Discord to party with him and his freaks, and wreak havoc on the Multiverse, but Discord is having none of it.

Bill is in character. Discord is in serious mode as Bill would pose a threat to his friends. Win by any means. Low 2-C Bill is used. Speed Equalized. Distance is a few meters apart.

Before anyone calls this a stomp, I would like to point put that Discord recently got existence erasure on the physical level added to his profile.
 
Prepped Rick is 2-C so it isn't a stomp, this, however, is a battle between a 2-C vs 4-B.Bill is literally infinite times more powerful than Discord

Yes with a device that merges timelines iirc. Not standard tech.
 
That shows that Rick can build stuff capable of Low 2-C feats and unless you show Discord is capable of affecting someone infinite times more powerful than him then this will remain a stomp
 
Might want to unequal speed so Discord's can do what you say the easiest tho it likely won't change that this is sadly a stomp

I don't I don't. Just his void manipulation....whoo boy. I knew it, I kept telling myself "Don't make this thread Lightbuster", and I do it anyways. Man I'm stupid.
