Bill Cipher vs Asriel REMATCH

Angel of Death form is more powerful than Bill, isn't it? And there's also that Power Nullification that makes the opponent unable to do anything except struggle, that could be useful here.
 
Although Bill does have the ability to pull Asriel's soul out, which would turn him back into Flowey, but Bill doesn't use that in character, and I doubt Asriel would want to make a deal with Bill.
 
Well, right now I'm going with Asriel due to AP advantage at Full Power (Bill is baseline), as well as Power Nullification and Existence Erasure.
 
Power Nullification is an ability like any other, saying that it wouldn't work here because he only used against a 2-B is like saying that 90% of Bill's abilities only work on Tier 10 characters. Hax is not defined by AP.
 
Yeah, and there's no reason for it not to work on a character on the same tier, unless that character has Resistance, which Bill doesn't have.
 
Sorry Zach, but Paulo has a point. Bill has shown no Resistance to Power Nullification. So there is no reason to assume it wouldn't work on him.

Also, a 2-B Hax being used against a 2-A is kinda tame compared to 10-B/9-C Hax being used against a 2-A.
 
Asriel's power null shouldn't affect Bill as its 2-B. That said, 98% of Bill's powers never worked on another 2-A to my knowledge, so this comes down to AP which Asriel has

The fact he never used any of his powers on another 2-A. If you're gonna do that, Asriel Power Nulls him.
