For all the advantages Bidoof may have via its statistics manipulation, even if it is only against 8-C Kars, it is NOT in a good spot here. From the Powers & Abilities sections of Kars's page:
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Body Control (Can create bladed appendages on his arm and legs that he can use to create blinding light onto his enemies), Contact-based Absorption, Regenerationn (High-Mid, superior to Straizo), Immortality (Types 1 and 3), Light Manipulation with Light Mode
See the problem? Bidoof does NOT have any ranged attacks. All of its offenses require Contact. How does this matter against Kars?
- Absorption: Kars's body is composed of cells that release a digestive enzyme which instantly melts flesh, giving one the impression that the victim is being absorbed into Kars's body. While Hamon users are originally unaffected, that flaw is possible rectified when Kars becomes the Ultimate Lifeform.
Since all of its offenses are contact moves. If Bidoof attacks, it almost certainly takes a huge hit right then & there, unless it's durability amping can somehow let it not be absorbed/digested on contact. Plus, to kill Kars, it needs to get past High-Mid Regenerationn.
Even if it amps its durability with Defense Curl or Amnesia, there's little guarantee Kars would perish if he somehow NEVER got to eat or the like & just spend all his time trying & failing to hurt Bidoof. Meanwhile, Bidoof can get tired, hungry, etc.
So it can't stall him out. What about Yawn to put him to sleep? What about Swords Dance to boost its offenses?
So what can it do?
https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Standard_Battle_Assumptions
Victory Conditions: Killing the opponent, removing the opponent from the battlefield for at least one week (BFR), knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, or incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day, are to be assumed as victory conditions.
I suppose in theory, if there's any rushing water nearby, if it somehow managed to push sleeping Kars into a river & it carried him far enough it'd take him a week to return, maybe? But that's a HUGE longshot, & we don't even know where they're fighting. But yeah:
Bidoof's best chance of winning is to use Yaw & hope that counts as knocking him out, & that it affects Kars for at least an hour. Otherwise, Bidoof has to get him to be asleep & unable to harm anyone else for over 24 hours. It's dubious if, even with Sleep Inducement, & possibly setting up durability buffs, if Bidoof could maintain that, great nerves or not.
Diamond | With nerves of steel, nothing can perturb it. It is more agile and active than it appears. |

I doubt Kars needs an hour to regenerate either, & even with AP boosts, I'm not sure it could beat him down that well with only contact moves when he has his Absorption.
Even without knowing how potent it is, Kars's Contact-Absorption is crippling for a contact attack fighter to face.
High-Mid Regenerationn is described as
Able to regenerate from being blown into pieces. It's unlikely Bidoof is going to be able to beat Kars more thoroughly than that, even if its durability amping let it endure a lot of absorption & Swords Dance let it hit really hard.
Type 1 Immortality also mean Bidoof is almost guaranteed to lose in a battle of stamina as well.
Maybe if they're somewhere where the sun can reach them, & Bidoof kept Kars asleep &/or otherwise prolonged the battle until the sun came out & petrifies Kars?
Unless Yawn lets Bidoof fulfill SBA victory conditions, it would seem Kars takes this with considerable ease.
