1. If you look at the OP you'll notice the win condition is death. And you'll notice it's been like that since I began the thread, as the OP has not been edited.


2. If Homura BFR'd Swamp Thing, he would just come back. And don't you dare tell me he wouldn't because Madoka couldn't; the two are not comparable when it comes to regen (she has Mid-Godly, he has High-Godly). Unless Homura is sending the entirety of the Green with him, which is impossible, Swamp Thing will still regenerate and the fight will continue. Because as it says in PF ST's profile, even if his connection with the Green is cut off, he will come back. So if you're going to tell me Homura would still win, it better not be due to BFR. And if it is, you're going to need a better reason than "cuz Madoka couldn't" because if Homura still gets votes based on that argument, I am closing the thread again.
 
If Homura sends ST to whatever form of BFR she's using, the Green still exists back in the universe in which the fight started. As long as the Green exists, he can come back.

And @Starry: BFR aka Battle Field Removal doesn't kill. It sends the opponent to a different area, but her BFR is very advance and different. cause she can send her opponents to a non-existent area.
 
@Kellex Don't bother. He won't listen. The fact he restrict BFR just to have Homura lose is a dead give away of what kind of guy he is.
 
I know what BFR means. So basically she makes it so they don't exist, right? Well good thing she can't do that to the entirety of the Green at the same time, because Swamp Thing can come back from that.

You keep making the same invalid argument, I'll keep telling you the same reason why it's wrong.

Even if I allow BFR again, which I will, it won't matter.
 
You can ask me directly, you know? I'm angry because people keep using the same argument even though it's incorrect, but everyone accepts the invalid argument so ST will get 7 votes against him based on a false argument.
 
What i think the OP meant is that BFR Conditions don't apply here.

Also, i would like if no one started to insult another user here (that one thread already looks bad enough...)

@Kellex He has very unreasonable bias against PMMM in general. Kaltias and STLK would agree with me. Keeps ignoring that the BFR isn't going to kill or erased ST, it is merely traps him in a prison that is too much for even an omnipresent conceptual entity.

As far as this thread is concerned, though, my problem is that people keep using the same invalid argument and because of that Homura's probably going to get 7 votes.


Everyone touts PMMM as one of the best anime ever created and I disagree vehemently. I don't understand why it's heralded as such. But everywhere I see people talk about PMMM, the praises never end. Then I come here where my favorite characters constantly lose fights to them and people are smug about it. I'm definitely blowing everything out of proportion but if you want to know why I'm so upset with PMMM in particular, there ya go.
 
Good for you, but don't carry this over to VS Debating. Like you've been told, that's dangerously close to spite.
 
And you keep ignoring the fact that he's not trapped if he can easily escape, which he can because if the Green still exists, he can come back.
 
You all specifically described this as BFR to non-existence. So his existence is being erased, essentially. Which, lucky for him, isn't possible.

You not liking PMMM is fine. Nothing wrong with it, hell i don't believe it to be the "best series" but i do think it is good, really nothing but a matter of opinion. The only thing you should try to do is to not get your anger over a series cloud your judgement.

This will be my last post as i think i've derailed enough.
 
He is not stuck there. As long as Green exists in the universe he came from, he can regenerate.

But ya know what? This is just going to continue like this. So I am breaking VSBW rules and voting 7 times for Homura. Thank you all for coming out tonight and happy threading!
