Superman (Pre-Crisis) Vs. Ness (Post-Magicant)

Ness has resistance to Superman's Mind Control and I doubt Superman can time travel to undo Ness considering he's Omnipresent just like him. Ness could probably pull this off by using his shields to reflect Superman's physical attacks and attacking him with his own so Superman is effectively taking twice the damage Ness could deal, and Ness would be taking half of the physical attacks, and if superman tries to just go ranged so can Ness. Not sure if status effects can play a part since they kinda are... Omnipresent and I'm not sure you can paralyze or put to sleep an Omnipresent being... But if so then That could give Ness another big edge. I'm not sure what to think of Superman's whole... I make a new ability just because, as it would kinda just be an ass pull win for him. But yeah basically I'm voting for Ness.
 
I'm leaning towards Ness, but I'll wait for more input before voting as I don't know much about SOS Supes.

Ness: 3 possibly 4 (Me, Kellex, and Noahkaismith)

Supes: 0

Inconclusive: 0

And AKM Sama is still undecided but leaning toward Ness
