Second Puella Magi General Discussion thread. As we know, massive PMMM changes were discovered upon the re-reading of the Wraith Arc and the conclusion of Tart Magica.

Tart Magica Volume 5 and 4 Debrief:
Tart reveals her final form *Insert Frieza joke here. It is the consequence of Riz using some form of fusionism on the two soul gems, and makes Tart literally infinite in every stat she had. It also gives her BFR to Heaven. She is no longer a magical girl, and is beyond the concepts of hope and despair according to the analysis brought by her new character page, which is further supported by the fact that her soul gem cannot falter to despair nor recover from hope (or grief seeds at least). Also mentions that all her weapons have been upscaled to her new level.
(Basically the last pages of Volume 5)

Tart's second form is also capable of taking a hit from Isabeau's second form (Which was already noted as Country level) (Basically the first pages of Volume 5)

Riz was mentioned that to have had her wish fulfilled by twisting the fate of Tart by Kyubey. (Volume 5, Chapter 21)

Isabeau has all of the basic powers of Kyubey, Transformation, witches, and magical girls. Can steal the will of characters and transform them into witches as well as enhance them. Has his knowledge as well. Not even the tiering system knows where to gauge her. Is mentioned to have the power to destroy a nation and has a France-wide Labyrinth. (The last pages of Volume 5)

Lapin has the uncanny ability to switch between her magical girl and witch forms whenever her soul gem is completely corrupted or her witch form is destroyed. What makes this extremely potent however, is that Melissa uses her Matter Destruction ability on said witch completely eradicating it, yet it still transformed back. Given that the witch is a soul in itself, that means that her ressurection also revives a completely destroyed body and soul. (Chapter 17, page 21 and 22)

Lapin also has Magnetism Manipulation which she uses to make a massive blade in the sky. (Chapter 13, page 6 and 9.) Lapin has transformation negation. (Chapter 13, page 26.)

Der Drache Lindwurm is Elisa's ultimate attack, essentially a giant Rifle that fires a massive beam. (Chapter 13, lost page)

La Danse Macabre is the name of the attack that releases an accelerative variation of the Black Plague. (Chapter 14)

Tart does not have advanced healing, it is specifically mentioned that Tart canceled out Corbeau's magic. (Chapter 14)

Isabeau also has Fire Manipulation (End of Chapter 15)
Wraith Arc Chapter 7 Debrief:
Even the ultimate type of a Wraith, the Moksha Wraith, can not process the curses leaked by UKG despite being made to. (Page 10)
Corrupted Wraiths straight up just absorb the life energy and memories people, though normal ones leave them vegetables from memory manipulation. (Page 18) (Feat for normal wraiths)

Corrupted Wraiths and "False" duplicates have the abilities that are copied so it isn't just limited to the duplicate. (Page 32, 36-38)

Kyoko uses Scorpion Spear with no explosion or destruction of soul gem, interestingly enough, regen doesn't seem to active and they all die, though at a massive strain for Kyoko. (Page 43-44) (Regenerationn Negation (Mid-level) with Scorpion Spear)
Wraith Arc Chapter 8 Debrief:
False Madoka has Attack Reflection, likely Gun of Aegis [Mami's attack] (Page 03)
False Madoka spams Attack Reflection (Page 03 - 04)

False Madoka uses time stop (Page 06)

Giant Wraith covers the entire city, sucks the souls and memories of all the inhabitants unlucky enough to not be able to dodge it. (Page 17-18)

Giant Wraith is spreading throughout the entire world, called the avatar of calamity. (Page 23)

Giant Wraith's tentacles blitz Kyoko (Page 27-28)

False Madoka is killed by the giant Wraith shortly after Mami (Page 45 -46)
Wraith Arc Chapter 9 Debrief:
Ultimate Kriemhild Gretchen is intelligent (Pages 07 - 010) (At least Human level, possibly Nigh-Omniscient [Given that it seems to have Madoka's memory / knowledge])
Ultimate Kriemhild Gretchen is the reason behind Homura's memory corruptive powers on Wraiths. (Page 16) (Mind Manipulation and Power Granting through Curse Manipulation)

Crystallized Homura's power can manifest itself when she is in danger or stolen, in this case, she manifested inside False Madoka herself. (Page 23)

A Crystallized Magical Girl is born from miracles, and can be granted main powers. (Essentially, it like having more wishes but the wishes never happen, just the abilities granted from them.) (Page 24-26)

Crystallized Homura's Power also has Astral Projection. (Page 25)

Crystallized Homura main powers are: Time Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, and the power to smite Wraiths (and those who oppose Madoka) (Page 27)

MASSIVE: Homura's shield, and thus the Isolation Zone's, ability to not have Madoka interfere is because the worlds inside is the original obsolete timeline (Essentially Madoka could not enter because it no longer exists.) (Page 28)

Straight up says that if left uncheck, the very curses of Ultimate Kriemhild Gretchen will result in the same fate of the "Witches" world. (2-A through sheer curses alone) (Page 31)

False Madoka also has astral projection (Page 33)

Giant Corrupted Wraith has made all Wraiths (Which was referenced in Page 31) a part of her, all of which take the form of distorted "False Homuras". (Page 44)

Homura smites all of these Wraiths at once and even smites the Giant's Wraith's "eye" to get to the shield, were by merely touching it, she destroys it. (Page 45)

The rest we already have, Madoka interferes and Kyubey begins Rebellion.

Ehh nothing other than the Magia Record girls can confuse me. Since I've pretty much reread every single one of the manga a few dozens times due to boredom. While Magia Record constantly has new girls being released and I still haven't even memorized the first few Magica girls in the first and second chapter.
 
Tart's stuff

I agree with the upgrade, although the infinity stuff is kid of hyperbole. Also, while I ubderstand her soulgem cannot be purified nor it can falter to despair, I still don't understand the whole Tart is "beyond the concept of hope and despair" stuff and how does this gonna affected the powerscaling.

I agree with this. Isabeau should be 6-B whle final form frie-, I mean tart, should be scaled to this too. Athough in her case it should be At least 6-B, likely higher due her being as irregular.

This is a no, Mid-Godly means that you can regenerated from existance erasure, which is destroyed everythin about the victim including the soul. Mayter destruction isn't the same as exiatance erasure. What Lapin showed us is Low-Godly....I think?

Wraith arc stuff

The giant wraith will has its own seperate profile from what I can understand from the list. (I propose the name "Avatar of Calamity" for its profile, Calamity being the referrence for Ult. Kriemhild Gretchen who is the one responsible for all the mess in Wraith arc. So, I thought it would be a fitting name rather than "Giant Wraith").

False Madoka is going to be upgraded to 5-C as well as the Avatar of Calamity....And possibly wraith arc Homura too since she has Madoka's power. She also demonstrated it by smiting all those wraiths and the AoC too.

Homura's BFR is going to be upgraded since technically, in side of her shield, there is a "timeline" that technically doesn't exist from what I can understand. (This only apply to Wraith arc Homura and so on)

Homura will probably got new key which is "Crystallized Magical Girl".

UKG and Homulilly are gonna get a form of void manipulation for able to this "timeline" inside of Homura's s shield.

Those are the only conclusion I have found so far, I could be wrong so what do you think?
 
Like I said previously, the in-verse tiering system no longer even applies to Tart, something that once again supports Infinite Tart.

Understandable.

Low-Godly is regenerating from a soul, in this case, we see the soul was destroyed.

Now that I think about it, Kyubey mentions that Tart is an irregular and no longer a magical girl. Not even Madoka was there for further proof.

Wraith Arc

Agreeable. Calling it Giant Wraith is sad and Mutate Wraith will just lead people to confusion.

Ye, Homura will have 5-C Smiting hax.

She already has it.

Idk about that, but we'll see what the others think.
 
Lapin isn't Mid-Godly, she just has very good resurrection. She does need to die first.
 
Btw the reason why I preferred to consider Tart's power null as advanced healing is that:

1) They specifically say that she healed the disease

2) We never see it applied in like, any other way. It isn't a case like Mami where we see it disabling powers on multiple occasions.

I know you're joking, but I really need to say this. If this really happens, then Madoka, Walpurgis, Queen Mami, Tamura, Sayaka (PMHT), False Madoka, Giant Wraith and Wraith arc Homura would be scaled to Tart as well.

PMMM would suddenly be crowded by High 3-A characters which gonna led so many PMMM vs Dragon ball Threads.
 
Also, nobody scales from Tart. 5-C Madoka is the strongest magical girl of all times, but final form Tart isn't a magical girl. Stated twice by Kyubey himself. She is "something more".
 
If she was Walpurgis she would be too op at this point.

Kal I could see that, but it probably should be mentioned that her resurrection is potent enough to revive her body and soul after being completely destroyed.
 
I'm going to make a new slot acting like a "summary" of the changes.
 
But before we do, what do we do about the "unaffected by the concepts of hope and despair part"?

Also the 7.5 = Country level from scaling to Second Form Tart
 
I think that it could simply be a way to say that she is an irregular (Akuma Homura said something similar).

Wasn't second form Tart unable to harm her?

Yeah, although that's due to the wish of Minou, Tart was able to tank a blast from the witch.
 
RIP that's true actually.

So 6 = At least City and 8.5 = Country

From that it sounds like Tart's AP should be about Large Island or Small Country.

Worst case scenario is that no one uses the second form due to unknown ap, but that isn't too bad given her final form is incredible.
 
Btw wouldn't the final form of Tart have some kind of smiting? She quite literally kill witches on touch. Then again it could be because unlimited powah
