We all do, I work 2 jobs one of which is literally construction and I find time to do the CRT's I promise. We all got life's (expect for ur broke ass ) , now time management is something different.

I know everyone here has lives dude but not everyone handles it the same way you may, and not everyone manages their time in the same way you might(good on you for good time management). Just trying to be understanding here.
