Technically, Zoro one-shots 8.5 Tons and since I don't see a + in Kirito's profile I assume he's in the lower half of the High 8-C tier. So unless Kirito has something special to keep up, like Stat amp or something like that Zoro cuts.

Well, Kirito does have Limited Reality Manipulation which "via Incarnation. Allows the user to change the world to an extent via their willpower or imagination. For those who are not conscious or adept with this ability, it is primarily used to increase the chances of winning a fight against stronger opponents or create miracles not possible normally.)

Don't know how much that increase his chance but it is something
