Zoro new sword - A Zanpakuto

So...

Imagine that...

One day,Zoro gets so lost he ends up in Nimaiya place.They have a little talk,drink some tea and Zoro shows some of his moves in some training section in the Palace

Nimaiya liked so much he decides to create a Zanpakutou for Zoro(Don't Question)

How would it look and what abilities would it have?

design : katana with green sword sheath, and lightning form guard

Shikai ability : with every cut steals opponents life force to heal Zoro or replenish his stamina (doesn't work,if he is not able to damage his enemy)

Bankai : creates 9 green spirit blades,floating around Zoro, which he can control with his mind

every blade has the property of his shikai Blade , but this time Zoro can either use multiple blades on one target,to "drink" their life force faster, or he can use his spirit blades on his allies, to heal their wounds and fatique (if there are no enemies around him, Zoro will waste his own stamina to heal his allies,so he need to be careful with that)
