Zombie Apocalypse Tournament Round 1 Match 5. Strelok vs Combat Form Flood

Didn't notice the change, but anyways, either way, he's not getting past low-high even if he kills the combat form, he'll get infected and killed by the supercells, and it still has access to weaponry under 9-B, so it can still simply shoot him to death.

im staying with Flood

how fast the infection ocur?

no, thats the infection form which would most likely die along with the combat form.

that thing has supercells inside its tendrils infront of it, so any supercells released should be relatively the same amount as much as it releases to infect inside a host

whel... this supercells in the air really ocur in the game?

yes, they do, throughout almost every flood level there are.

chief doesn't get infected because of his helmet and energy shields.

actually, most of the time they actually do get infected. the only time you ever really see uninfected marines is places where the flood hasn't reached

that and supercells aren't really an actual entity inside the game, they're more talked about and make the yellow fog in levels. so you could also just say 'game mechanics' for that one.

Is there a visual evidence of how "air infection" works?

hum... I mean, if only one infected die he really will put a dangerous amount of infection in the air?

visual? no, not that i know of, but to summarize it, you can probably think of it working like the same as john carpenter's the thing, turning regular cells into flood cells.

edit: the prophet of truth was infected like this, so never mind

nothing from anything srelok has.

being genetically modified like spartans make it harder for them to infect them, but only makes it slightly slower

helmets, forcefields, ect can like spartans have done
Aaaaaactually.

Strelok have Merc suit and Endoskeleton for instance (suits with helmet).

If one of the calcs I made wouldn't be accepted for Strelok's armor this can be used by rules.

The merc suit has skin exposed, mostly in his hands, so he can still be infected from there.

the exoskeleton however, does seem to cover up literally everything, so if he can get that on before he's either A, murdered by combat form, or B, infected by the supercells, he could survive

how fast can he get that suit on?

Story below

Strelok walked in the exclusion zone. It's been a few years since the radiation finally decayed and after a long while, it was safe to walk here. If only this apocalypse wasn't here. The soldier looked around, finding no mutant present. The few that he could see were running away, seemingly from something larger. Continuing his trek, he discovered a rather large space ship which had crash landed in the location. What concerned him however wasn't the space ship itself but the fact that something was moving within it.

From the wreck, a single twisted creature which were seemingly once humans crawled out, insects skittering in and out of its orifices. Strelok gripped his rifle, readying himself to fight off the monster
you let that zombie hold guns?
