Sometimes with her Sycthe, sometimes she just does it without needing the Scythe and her targets just die because it's a comic for children lol.
And... well, it's developed further in Monica's Young Gang that her powers works more like an Authority, so, in a sense, she doesnt need to touch Zeno, she can just utilize her authority to make him die

Seriously guys??, almost everytime i see a DB matchup i see people arguing that DB characters usually don't do this and that, like if you guys argued they didn't do shit in a fight, why bother making them??
About Zeno,
1. Why being childish is matter, SBA make that all combatant willing to get the win, Zeno perfectly can and willing to kill
2. Zeno usually erase 1 universe. False, we have one statement about him erased 6 universes in the past when he annoyed, first time he erase thing on screen he wiped out an entire timeline, the part where is erase 1 universe is from Tournament of Power, however the tournament have a rule that losing team get erased with their universe, it is the rule he put in, so he obviously follow it. However this is a fight he isn't going to follow such a rule

If Dona comes at him with the intention to kill, he's raising his hand immediately

That long range death stuff only caused a ship to sink. Nothing implies it causes the death manipulation aka forcing him to be dead, that's necessary for her to win.

I don't need to. Someone needs to prove she was using long ranged death manipulation in that scene when it just sunk a ship. If her death manipulation relieas on there being a convicable way for them to die it probably wouldn't work on zeno.
