I think this match ends with an incon since both of them can't kill eachother Cell lacks the AP and Aggregor lacks the ability to overcome with Cell's Low-High regen

i think this is a stomp in Aggregor's favor, the said wincon (BFR) won't do anything because Aggregor has the Map of Infinity that allows him to travel anywhere in the space-time which includes Forge of Creation that is outside of the Universe (which is 1-B range) he will just get back to the VS place immediately, i will make this VS thread closed

Yes... it is, they comment on his Ki lowering when he regens after Goku's Instant Kamehameha, and it is Piccolo's regen. Which is explicitly stamina based

But it has the AP and LS to kill him, even heat and radiation projectiles that Cell's cells can't survive, and enough AoE to evaporate any projectile, the Ki doesn't have anything special, nor does it have neg or anything, if you want to be a denier, Aggregor can still do thousands of things, like absorb Cell's life energy and DNA that he can't resist
