Zatch Bell is a very overlooked series, particularly on vs wiki. So I’m here to suggest the addition of some abilities, important and minor, in the hopes of making things more accurate to the manga.
A running gag in Zatch Bell which actually is a whole impressive ability is Kiyo making a demonic face which scares everyone around him. The thing is though, this doesn’t just scare Zatch or other heroes, it also affects some of the most powerful villains in the series. With just his face, Kiyo was able to scare Zeon who’s obscenely powerful and conceited, Dufort who is known for hardly showing any emotion, and Rodeux who was another powerful and battle hungry demon. Kiyo when he is angry can strike fear into demons much stronger than him with just a look. And for that I think he should easily get Fear Manipulation in his abilites as well as Shapeshifting for how dramatically his face changes which is confirmed by Zatch’s surprise at it changing back so quickly.
For a more general addition, there’s the topic of spells. As shown in this guidebook, the magic used by demons like Zatch is completely unexplainable by the laws of physics. This perfectly lines up with vs wiki’s description of magic which is, “The ability to allow manipulating aspects of reality (or all of them), bypassing the known laws of physics.” With this confirmation, I think Magic should be added to the profiles of all demons.
And on the subject of Demon Physiology, there’s some interesting lore here. Zatch’s father, Dauwan Bell, was king of the demon world for 1000 years. Zatch will be the king for that long as well. This is pretty a clear cut reason for Zatch to have Longevity as he’ll live a minimum of 1006 years, very likely more. Zatch’s usage of “we” suggests that all other demons shall live that long as well. So other demons should get Longevity on their profiles.
Another simple addition is Martial Arts to Sherry which is stated here. She should also get Weapon Mastery for her use of her whip. Some good showings of her melee and weapon skill are compiled here.
This next one is a little less simple, but notable. Kiyo is known for taking countless attacks from demons throughout the series, including in the fight leading up to his death. Early on in the series, Kiyo overpowers Brago’s gravity pushing down on him which likely shouldn’t have been possible given the massive LS difference (Class K vs Unknown). Not only that, after taking more damage, he musters a large enough attack to contest one from Brago who’s far stronger than he and Zatch are at this point in the series and lunges for Brago’s book. Here, Kiyo is able to draw out enough Heart Power for multiple spells including Baou Zakeruga which by far takes the most energy and strong emotion to cast while on the verge of dying from several powerful attacks. Eventually succumbing to his wounds after taking all of Leo’s attacks and casting Baou Zakeruga, all while protecting Zatch’s book. The level of endurance physically and mentally shown in these instances seems on a good enough level to qualify for Supernatural Willpower.
And Kiyo should have Genius Intelligence since it’s already listed in his intelligence section.
