As the title says. Currently we have Yuta's copy technique listed as having no conditions. But this has been proven wrong since Culling Games Arc. Its explicitly stated that he has to have Rika consume a part of something/someone to copy the technique. Had to eat Uro's arm for Sky Manipulation, Kenjaku for his Body Hoping, Sukuna's finger for Cleave/Dismantle. It would really just be a change in the text/description

The links aren't working but I know the scans you're referring to. I agree with this revision.

Does his power copying only work on Cursed Energy or would he hypothetically be able to copy other powers by having Rika eat someone with Non-CE based powers?

So far he's only exhibited Cursed Techniques so he wouldn't necessarily be able to copy all skills. With verse equalization you could hypothesize him to copy a range of powers.
