So this is either Raiden cuts or Yunyun cuts. And Yunyun has advantage by the fact that LoS is ranged. I wait for MGS supporters for now.

Yunyun is fairly skilled, she is one of the most powerful magicians in crimson demons clan, a clan who is one of if not the best magician clans in the world. She is also has knowledge of advanced magic which is extremely impressive in verse.
Also her starting move is Light of Saber, a dura negating beam of light that is tens to hundreds of meters ranged and can be spammed.

So both can one shot each other. Though Raiden can amp himself with lightning and blitz though. Also I don't think she even comes close to Jack's combat experience and skill.

So can Yunyun with magic amps and manatite. She also has paralysis and sleep that doesn't have trajectory, thus technically isn't dodgeable. Combat skill can rarely be used if Yunyun is going in a ranged fight which she most likely do because of her class as archmage, not to mention most of her can't be blocked by most weaponry.

I'd argue Raiden is monumentally more skilled just from his training from some of the best soldiers on his planet.
The problem here is that he's fighting an anime girlwith a large amount of hax

Oof. Jack can win, but I guess she's haxed enough to pull a win against MGS4 Jack. But he got stat amps to blitz her tho. Idk if she can even keep up with Jack's moves and skills.
