I don't think this is senses, that one scan showing it could be portraying info analysis and with it described as him having a 100% discovery rate but either is fine.

Enhanced senses-x-ray vision is defined on the site as the ability to see through objects, which is pretty blatantly what is happening here. They even directly compare yujiro to an x-ray. It would actually count as both information analysis and x-ray vision, considering this allows him both to see through people’s body, as well as instantly know their weaknesses and vital points. But Yujiro already has information analysis.
