You have to state that in the original post (often called OP, for the record) and that they're equal in speed to ease things out
also, as Dan has no profile, just state, idk, "Yugi has 1 minute of prep time" for him to do his summons

He couldn't react to Horridian's ability that made him 3x faster. But it's worth mentioning that Drago limited him here. Even the attack he made while limiting himself was so fast that Horridian, who was 3x faster than his normal self, couldn't escape.
