At first, Yu will try to hurt Sakamoto with his physical strength, but when that doesn't do much damage, he'll aim for his internal organs instead. However, due to Sakamoto's Accelerated Development, his speed will increase, and eventually, he will surpass Yu's ANPR and win.

But if Sakamoto can't dodge Yu's punch, his organs could take damage, which would slow him down. If his heart or brain gets damaged, he could die. That way, Yu would be the winner.

Sakamoto has survived fighting with insane wounds for long periods of time. His skill isn't as high as Yu's but he should be able to keep up until Yu decides to use his monster stance to outspeed Sakamoto heavily at which point im pretty sure the fight would become ineligeble since rules forbid victories via speed amps from a character who has the lower speed.
In short - its a mismatch.
