Edit: I think it would be useful to make a scaling blog later using the base power on the field of a monster that performed the feat. Like

Attack: 0 = Galaxy level

Attack: 1000 = Universe level

Attack: 2200 = Low Multiverse level

Ect.

I disagree, hate it when any card game does this. Annoyed because yugioh outside of RD was the hold out.

Yes, until the official lore for Cloudragon is clearly established, we should refrain from attempting to scale...
I believe only scaling with a clear background, like that of the “Twin-Headed Fire Dragon,” is feasible.

I mean, Cloudragon is canonically just an infant form of Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon, much like Black Dragon's Chick and White Stone of Legend are the infant forms of Red-Eyes and Blue-Eyes respectively.
 
I finally got the Japanese millennium book and I took scans of page 225 where deathbattle claimed that horakhty is the one and only power capable of defeating zorc and that she possesses the light of creation.





If more information is needed,I can post it. Can someone try to get these translated here on the site? I haven't had luck with the other one but I can still try this one
 
I'll be honest, I can barely tell what's going on and which cards some of those are, but any 1 card combo that ends with a full board sounds good to me.

When you lay it out, it sounds insane, Not just in combo length but the amount of omni negates (which I know is the standard) , This is why I play more straightforward or gimmicky decks in low tier ranks, It's way more digestible to someone like me who only got back into the TCG recently with Master Duel.

Ive tweaked the deck, replace Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon with Galaxy Eyes Afterglow Dragon in the combo but keep Photon in the deck. Now when Galaxy Eyes Photon Lord uses its omni negate, detach Afterglow, Afterglow's effect activates to equip Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon from the deck directly to Photon Lord, then equips Cloudragon from the deck for more material

Ahh, a fellow Witchcrafter. Love Vice-Madame really fun card, Witchcrafters was great for getting me into the groove of non playground Yu-Gi-Oh, It's straightforward, fusion focused, and it had minimal XYZ and Synchros, at least for the decks I was playing anyway.

Funnily enough, Ariseheart is fully legal in the OCG

And thanks! I was going insane trying to figure out how to get Regulus on the endboard because i didnt know Sargas existed

So no statement Yugi is 2-A due Holactie create multiverse ?
 
2-A Holactie was more an inference from several statements rather than a single one outright if I understand correctly, The statement from that page of the millennium book is just that Holactie beat Zorc with the light of creation. Which I'm assuming they used as supporting evidence, as supposedly a statement in another book says Holactie is the only creator god, meaning they likely would've made the multiverse.

So, uh, rejoining the discussion once again. What do we think of upscaling Horakthy and the gods (imo, this would include Terra, Sophia, Auram, Fleurdelis cuz she can electrocute anything into submission) of the setting to other monster cards.

What they put together is that essentially the summaries referred to Horakthy as the creator god and "one and only creator god" (or something along those lines) when they explained how she destroyed Zorc, and then the movie side materials mentioned how the "creator god" created the multiverse. So they added up both sets of materials.
 
Yea that's what I gathered from what was given, Also yea I've been curious for awhile if the TCG and anime lore can or do overlap, Last I talked about it here it was just a maybe.

It does yeah, the TCG lore is just the lore of the monsters from/within the Duel Monster Spirit World
