This is a tough one. The thing is , Flowey can only travel to the past that he has experienced, and not the future aside from just waiting. Meaning either Solaris wins or it's inconclusive since past solarus would be perminatly out of Flowey's reach. I'm gonna watch this.

Flowey can likely avoid any major damage through SAVE & LOAD and just nuke the timelines Solaris is present in.

I would say Omega Flowey wins here. OF literally would just create numerous SAVEs to just avoid really being hurt by Solaris. Factor that in with Omega Flowey just using Spiritual Danmaku spam, it should be a rather handy win for OF. Also, with Saikou's reasons as well.
