Your verse vs a haxless, baseline character on every tier

Your favorite verse has to run a gauntlet (or three) for each tier. On each tier, they will be faced with a character who is baseline for that tier (excluding high 1-A and 0) but has no noteable hacks apart from maybe superhuman characteristics. The character has limitless stamina, equalised range and fairly above average intelligence.

Round 1:

Speed is equalised to whatever character they face

Round 2:

Speed is equalised up until High 2-A

Round 3:

Tier 11 = lower dimensional. Tier 10 = athletic human. Tier 9 = peak human. Tier 8 = subsonic. Tier 7 = transonic. Tier 6 = massively hypersonic. Tier 5 = reletavistic. Tier 4 = massively ftl+. Tier 3 = 1 trillion times light speed. High 3-A = infinite. Tier 2 and 1 = immeasurable. 1-A = irrelevant.

The character must be able to clear the entire verse one by one, not just the strongest one. All High 1-A and 0 are restricted.

Fairy Tail: Zeref carries until it gets to the higher dimensional tiers or speed blitz

Digimon: God tiers take it till higher dimensional tier than their own

Masada: takes it until 1-A, stops cause muh cosmology

Nintendo: clears 2-A with arceus on all rounds but stops at high 2-A

Undertale: stops at low 1-C all rounds

Cthulu mythos: sweeps

Jojo: Might be able to beat 2-A on first two rounds. But on the third they might get beaten by low 2-C (except maybe kars?)

Monogatari: Clears up to High 3-A in rounds 1 and 2 by virtue of The Darkness void manipping everyone. Round 3 reaches up to 6-B from Shinobu Oshino.

Touhou: Stops at High 2-A, since Touhou hax has only worked on a 4-D level.

Konosuba clears up to High 3-A, Low 2-C and above are impossible unless the character remains physically 3D.

So basically anyone with intangibility or Non-Corporeality would be able to clear his own entire dimensional plane.

The character should be allowed to just bust the verse to make things fair. Making a haxless character face everyone one on one isn't fair at all.
