EST is UTC-4 during Daylight savings time and UTC-5 without Daylight Savings.
 
Apparently I'm utc-5? But only during the cold months? I should be utc-4 like the rest of the east coasters.
 
You get the same thing by typing 'my time zone utc' in google
 
Fair enought, I just posted it as some may not like to let Google to know where they are.
 
The time of the year where the clock of all parts of the world gets changed by 1 hour, IIRC.
 
I'm sure that doesn't happen on "all parts of the world" because I have only heard of doing that on movies and TV.

It doesn't happen everywhere.. I don't think they do it on the East Coast.
