The Omnidroid Bob Parr fought weights about 2 million tons or so, and I doubt it was designed to withstand nuclear war, like the Excelsus. The droid is said to be made of Tungsten Carbide, an incredibly heavy metal that allows it to take direct hits from tank shells. However, seeing as it was impaled and destroyed by its own claw, which I doubt is with the same firepower as a nuke, I doubt it was designed to be like Excelsus.
