Monika stomps. She can see and manipulate the script, which is more fundamental than Yhwach's Almighty and includes information (type 2) + plot manipulation which he has no resistance to. The Almighty would not even work on her.

And iirc info in ddlc is more fundamental than baseline aspects anyway due to VM and kernel stuff so doubt it's working
