Um, Goetia doesn't have the complete 10 rings, he only have 9. So I don't think it he can control most of his abilities.

Depends, if its allowed to happen Yhwach would be defeated, however Yhwach gets to see it since the power being used to alter the past hasn't happened yet, so it is in the future still (making sense here I hope)

Though this is all for nada anyway since people seem to be using his high 6a key and with people just saying for reasons above this threads just a mess.

It's more like, "Can Yhwach stop Goetia from roasting him in the past, present, and future simultaneously along with the rest of humanity."

Point is:

If Goetia can just teleport into the past, all the Almighty will do is show Goetia vanishing. And then Goetia vanishes into the past, nukes the earth, and Yhwach dies of time paradoxing. Same thing if Goetia can instantly activate the earth nuking in the past, from the present.

If Goetia needs to do some fancy ritual to time travel or activate the earth nuke in the past, Yhwach is going to stop him.
