I assume you would be using the MoN distance for SS and WotL, possibly say the three realms are equidistant, timeframe should be 5 seconds at most since Mimi stopped it in one panel etc. Only real issue I have is how fast the worlds were moving at each other considering there is 20+ pages with a bunch of dialogue in them between the earthquake starting and stopping.

Yes, its an assumption for HM's distance but it would make sense the three worlds are of similar distance as placing them so and so far away from each other makes no sense.
