I know nothing about him and his regen seems to be way too much for Yang so I'm just waiting till there's an argument for him or just more confirmation about Yang being able to win against that

Basically, if he uses his Regenerationn too much it becomes less and less effective, and if he uses his regen too much he uses up biomss which makes him weaker.

Also he has lower AP than Yang even without her using her semblance
