Yang tbh, she has the better range, and while her semblance can be easily countered by Bulk also getting stronger the more he fights, Yang's should work at a much faster rate, he has been shown to be knocked out

In this case, then, Hulk and Yang (for fairness sake are subsonic in my mind) could go pretty long in a giht, but Hulk wouuld go far enough to try to kill her and she would annoy him enough, not to mention his jump feats are high enough to get him far away enough or close distance however he sees fit, although since Hulk is more of a brute than anything, he'd wail on her until she snapd like a twig. He wins with mild diffculty.
