I'm gonna side with Yang for her Aura, range, and Semblance giving her the overall versatility and eventual power boost over Doomfist.

Semblance will play a large part in securing Yang a win here. Doomfist can produce some sheilding once he gets some hits in, sure, but ultimatly he'll be fueling a larger attack to hit him straight back into the face. Pair that with more versatility from Yang with her powers and some eh regen to support her, she wins this rather handily.

Doomfist is incapable of putting down Yang quickly in the opening minutes of this match, so Yang's semblance is just gonna pile on top of eachother until Doomfist is just heavily outclassed and will be feeling the hurt everytime Yang attacks.

As everyone else has said, a character would really need to have a huge AP advantage to put Yang down. As it stands, if Yang can tanks hit for a while, she can just blast back and almost always one-shot her opponent.
