Shouldnt this be listed in the speed rating also?

It is a state of being present everywhere, not really a speed

But many profiles have omnipresent in speed section too, So idk.

Omnipresence is a state of being at all times compared to speed which is related to a notional fact of displacement, omnipresence is based on a state of being at all times without resorting to speed. So, in conclusion, given that speed and omnipresence do not hold a causal relationship, then no.

And for infinite speed I don't see how it comes to play a quantization role with the omnipresence to me that you are talking about two different feats, so yes I agree for infinite speed except the omnipresence in speed sections.

The infinite speed was already accepted. If you go to the Omnipresence page and look at the users you will see that they have both Omnipresence in their powers and abilities and in their speed rating and his Omnipresence was already accepted.
