The justifications for the being said "Negation" cames from this scan:

Now the problem is, Acausality 4 is a condition where character stands outside the conventional system of law-causal-fate, etc... giving them "unconventional" resistances to being said abilities.
That technique is nowhere stated that it can cut someone fate/causal that's outside the conventional term, it even blatantly state "in this world" means everything earlier mentioned is still inside the system.

And, how do we conclude this? Well, it says the technique can cuts fate and causality so be it Causality Manipulation or whatever you wanna put it. It also should be put in "Limited" category, because the character must be in a state of mental like the scans already say.

The "mental characters" were the opponents. They are the sons of the God of Consciousness so they don't have a "regular body", instead it is made of mental matters.

I don't know if cutting Cause and Effect gives Acausality negation, so I can't address this. But if that doesn't give Acausality Negation, then Causality Manipulation is good.
