Assuming the mere Radiation can hurt a character with 4-D durability is No Limits Fallacy taken to the extreme. Unless you have feats of it hurting a tier 2, I'm not going to humor this.

Not against a Tier 2. Once you hit that level, you need feats, as the character's durability is higher dimensional.
