I know about many feats for the Xeelee that are not represented on their profile. For one, the basic 4-D structure is only a fractional part of the physical multiverse in the Xeelee Sequence. Their hyperdrive works by folding 11-dimensional space, allowing them to travel through time and space. The Xeelee have to be at least 11-dimensional beings, seeing as they either are their ships or they can "wear" and control them and they can comprehend and navigate through 11 dimensions of their physical world. It's never explained which option is true, but either would have to lead to them being at least 11-D. So, they would probably be 1-B with their normal technology, but their best technology can't be used for combat like the profile already says.
They can also make cosmic strings using matter from galaxies and fire them out. Take note that some of these strings are thousands of light years wide and they almost always travel at over half of light speed.
Xeelee would have to be far above universe-level durability, due to taking hits from GUT bullets, which have the mass-energy similar to the seconds just after the Big Bang.
Finally, they can trap planets using prisons made out of 4-dimensional space: the basic structure of reality itself. I repeat, they can make 4-dimensional objects.
