Fully going off of Respect Threads.

Beast

• His 9-C rating has zero justification, so instead of that
  • At least Street level (Oneshot multiple mutants)
• Acrobatics (Can perform flips and hang upside down with his feet)
• Gif for his fight with Wolverine

Cable

• He seems to have higher durability for his metal arm, Considering he uses it defensively to stop bullets
• He has some form of hand-to-hand combat mastery
• Scan of him blocking a kick from Juggernaut. Additional scan: Can also tank his own blasts at level 7
• Information Analysis (As shown here)
• Up to High 8-C with weapons (Sends Juggernaut flying back)
  • Above feat also shows the weapon as some sort of concussion blast, so maybe Shockwave Creation too?
• Explosion Manipulation (Using mines and grenade launchers)
• Time Travel scan: Here
• Energy Projection (As shown here)

Colossus

• Attack Potency scans: Harming Angel Dust, and Juggernaut. Can knock down Sentinels.

Agree with most but that later Beast is after his mutations have already fully developed, that key isn't 9-C, it's at least 9-A for scaling above Wolvie (Meaning the gif you posted where he one-shots multiple mutants is actually his 9-A version). Beast's only 9-C key is his Simian self (You know, the bare feeted version), who is superior to Cyclops.

The cable thing could just be piercing resistance since they pierce Wade just fine and he's 9-B.

We recently decided in a revision that piercing resistance is not Dura neg, so it definitely counts as normal dura. Just give Cable "higher with his metal arm".
