There are in-game scans showing at least five Tethys timelines being actualized, even though the original text implies the existence of millions.
Jue’s Sonoro Sphere is described as containing all of time within it. In Jue’s case, the CN and EN versions align almost perfectly, with the CN text being even more explicit imo.

There is no against the grain, the proposal is for 2C possibly 2B. There is no contention against it at the moment.

Well, I thought the issue was merely the "number of them actualized" ? If so, we can take what we see in game as a lowball (each door represent a different world/possibility), and as a "possibly" the 2-B rating?
