Would this qualify for Fear and Age manipulation?

Not really sure how to explain it since its pretty weird, so here's the scan:

Basically, the dude plays a game of rock-paper-scissor, and the villain, aka the old man, seems to get scared and unconciously draws a paper, losing the game.

Then, his goons tried to go after the MC, but the old dude tried to warn them not to go, but he couldn't even speak.

After his goons were taking out outside, he went to check it out, and this happened:

The man straight up ages after seeing the MC.

So, I ask, does this qualify for straight-up Fear Manip, or Social Influencing? And should the age manip be limited, since he technically isn't directly manipulating it?

I mean... It could also be some sorts of Absorption

I doubt it, since there was no mention of any absorption of energy or anything at all. The dude just saw the tiger, and aged from fear.

For example Water Absorption (By touching, he can dehydrate a person by sucking water out of their body)

Since hair doesn't really fall off from age... It's mostly from you not having moisture I think also his eyes are very red which supports that

And nah, doubt it's (your average) age manipulation he never used that after(the old stuff, not the fear aura)*, it seems like an effect of the fear aura he has... so perhaps indirectly effect and not your average "I hereby make you old".
I technically calced an explosion of GOSU but meh...
The verse is solidly 7C or so...

Also found out that "phobic fear" makes you age faster so maybe it's an exaggeration of that?

So, age manip is out of the water. At least fear manip is legit.

Also, are u sure they're only 7-C? Like, even in the early chapter (30+ chapter), Gang shook the entire big ass island, seemingly causing a magnitute level 7 earthquake, which should result in High 7-C rating.

When I say 7C it's anything that includes 7C, low/high or whatsoever.
edit: since my calc is also high 7C(123.7 kilotons)
