So, what if you're a 4D character and you phase through 3D interactions/objects because of the fact that you're 4D? For example, in Popeye, Eugene the Jeep has the power to go through solid objects by traveling through his fourth axis of movement and becoming invisible by hiding in said axis. (And wouldn't Popeye be 4D via this information?)

First of all, why wouldn't it affect his AP? We manifest our own power, we are the sole producers of our power, so with that being said, a 4D being would logically be displacing 4D AP?

Second of all, would this scale to Popeye because this would entail dimensions in Popeye are spatial and Popeye could interact with 7D beings (beings from 7D planes)?

You would need to prove that the "7D" realm translates to a place with real seven dimensions on a spatial sense, just because one case uses the word to talk about higher dimensions it doesn't means that all other cases do the same
