In The Multiverse Series, characters can enter rap battles with each other, where two people repeatedly "rap" against each other. Standard FNF fare. The thing is, while the rap battles in FNF were proven as not being Broadway Force, the same things can’t really be said for the rap battles in TMS. So, I’ll weigh out the supporting and opposing evidence, and then someone can tell me if this counts as Broadway Force.

Souporting Evedance
- Andy was able to force Boyfriend into a rap battle, implying that a rap battle can happen even if one of the members doesn’t want to have a part in it.
- Everyone involved in the rap battle bops their head to the beat, at least. This applies to even the people who are simply watching it. This is most prominent in “Never Be Alone”, where the Rainbow Friends bop their heads to the beat of Never Be Alone even as they watch their boss be threatened by a killer robot. Hell, even when Red gets his neck crushed to the point where a tidal wave of blood bursted out of it, he still bops his head to the beat when he’s checking if he’s okay. This means that bopping their heads to the beat of the song is not a thing they do manually. They do it automatically until the song ends.
- Speaking of “Never Be Alone”, Huggy Wuggy Robo just flat-out bursts into song there. Like, there’s a whole musical number with random imaginary sequences put in between the real sequences, exactly like the ones you would see in a Disney movie or a music video. Combined with the aforementioned head bopping makes this pretty qualified for Broadway Force. Note that no other character does this, so Huggy Wuggy Robo might just have a different type of Broadway Force from the others.
- Don’t know if this really counts as supporting evidence, but during “A New Boss”, as KB approaches Girlfriend and Fliqpy, Fliqpy can outright hear KB’s music coming closer. This basically means that the music that plays during rap battles isn’t just background music only the viewer can hear, it’s something the characters can hear too.
- In the first Q&A video, Boyfriend says that his family say that his rapping ability is either immense talent, or straight up a superpower, which kinda supports the Broadway Force thing. He also says that he uses it as a method of defense, which is also solid evidence for Broadway Force.
- During some rap battles, one of the members start attacking the other with complete disregard for the rap battle itself. This includes Flippy, Boyfriend, eteleD and Austin, Majin Sonic, Huggy Wuggy, Suicide Mouse, Sonic.exe, I could go on all day really. The fact that almost two-thirds of the entire cast can just start attacking during a rap battle probably means that it isn’t a Resistance to Broadway Force.
- On top of that, Boyfriend’s powers don’t seem to even protect him. Besides the aforementioned examples, particularly egregious examples come with Sammy Lawrence and Corrupted Andy. Both make deals with Boyfriend (For Sammy; If Boyfriend wins, Sammy helps him find a way out of the studio. If Sammy wins, he sacrifices Boyfriend to “his lord”. For Andy; If Boyfriend wins, he reverses the effects of the Infection, which includes removing the Infection from Boyfriend. If Andy wins, he takes Sonic.exe’s soul and makes him part of his army.). The thing is, despite Boyfriend clearly winning in both cases (due to him not being blueballed), they both act as if they won at the end of the battle. Sammy sacrifices Boyfriend to The Ink Demon despite Boyfriend winning, and Andy takes Sonic.exe’s soul and makes him part of his army (though with Andy, Andy did reverse the effects of the Infection). This means that Boyfriend’s singing doesn’t really protect him, and is therefore not a superpower, which is a hard blow towards the Broadway Force addition.
