Would raiden get better feats if mgrr2 happened?

I don't think anyone can confirm that since, well, the game doesn't exist, if it followed the original's formula and had the drug-induced action bs we had (magnetically throwing a monument lol, phatom blood avgn punching raiden with nanomachines, etc) than probably.
Especially if they give raiden a better body genos-style, because the dude gets severelt injured like no tomorrow
Overall they seem pretty consistent with raiden being an walking artillery, so they have more freedom on what feat he and others can do
