Worm Vs Cuphead (Remake)

Why? Is it because of the AP Advantage only? But Worm has better range and has more combat experience than cuphead he even has better abilities like black hole creation for example that could put cuphead down and even if cuphead managed to kill worm he won't just die alone no he will take cuphead with him by using suicide bomber and that would be an inconclusive if you ask me

Cuphead?...Faster? Don't make me laugh Because first Speed is Equalized In this Battle And second Worm has Supersonic reaction speed and massively hypersonic Attack speed and it can be much higher with fastwalk
 
I have just realized that this battle is basically Bugs Bunny vs Mickey Mouse but with different characters from different franchises
