I genuinely think that Peter's gravity and plot manipulation will be useless here.
They're comparable in AP, but Bond will be easily able to outrange and shoot him down with guns. Then Peter will regenerate. Seeing this, the far more skilled and quick-thinking Bond will know to and be able to put Peter down for good by knocking him out by whatever method, which regen won't stop

His arm didnt start regenerating automatically after getting cut of, and his hand regenerated at the same time, while it happened "after" in the cartoon its a lot more likely to have happened at the same time
Also in all his fights with the chicken he takes various amounts of damage that dont instantly heal while fighting, which it should normally.
