R1: without prep, only the shown and known feats/statements can be used for Naruto Part 1, so even if we know Itachi has susanoo, he cant use it since he didnt use it in Part 1
R2: with prep, only the shown and known feats/statements can be used for Naruto Part 1, so even if we know Itachi has susanoo, he cant use it since he didnt use it in Part 1
R3: without prep, even feats shown in Part 2 are possible but not new learned ones (so guy can go 8th gates but lee can only go to gate 5 since he didnt master the sixth gate until Part 2)
